Will they not look at the camels and take a lesson from them, and know that the power by which He created them is not unable to create what resembles them? (Researcher's paraphrase of al-Tabari.)

Explanation (not Quran text)
The Quran asks whether people will not look at the camel and how it was created (88:17), and in the same breath turns their gaze to the sky and how it was raised high (88:18). Al-Tabari explains the invitation: look at the camel, take a lesson from it, and recognise the power that created it.
